John Smith Soccer Camp Philosophy
As a family run business, we strive to make your child's camp experience as comfortable as possible. From John's "wakey-wakey" calls every morning to his radar gun challenges, John Smith is involved in every aspect of his overnight and day camps. Our emphasis throughout the week is on 'numbers-up' situations and small sided group games to maximize each player's touch of the ball. Each morning we concentrate on individual techniques, while in the afternoon, we concentrate on tactics. Each session is followed by our 6v6 tournament to give campers the opportunity to utilize their new skills in a match situation. Mid-week, we have a 4v4 "Diamond Soccer" tournament, to emphasize how this universal shape is incorporated throughout different game situations. The week culminates with an 8v8 tournament for the Soccer Juniors and an 11v11 tournament for the Advanced and Premier groups. The coaches will evaluate each individual's strengths and weaknesses and each camper will go home with a personalized evaluation.

Refund Policy for All Camps - John Smith Soccer has a no refund policy. Certain medical exceptions are at the discretion on John Smith Soccer. This applies to all camps. There will be no refunds for any reason after June 1, 2013.

Please Note: All of our camps must comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local board of health. Our health care and discipline policies are available upon request. We encourage the use of sunscreen and ask that parents send it with their child. The Health Care Supervisor will also have it available.
