"Jason [Sullo] is extremely good with this girls team [GU12 Republic].  We are new to the team and after 3 years playing for another coach, it was time to leave.  Jason is everything that we had hoped for this year with our switch.  He is tough when he needs to be, teaches the girls very well, and does not loose his temper.  He really seems to have the respect from all the girls.  He motivates them to play to the best of their ability and when they do make mistakes, he uses those mistakes as a teaching moment which is so important instead of beating them down like so many coaches do.  Hearing him say, "I know what you were trying to do there, but..." And finishing with instruction on how he thought the ball should have been played is just an example of one of the many things he does to try to teach in a positive manner."  We are very happy with our daughters move to JSSA and with the coaching Jason is doing!"

"John was my PE teacher at Dominican Academy - this is back in the mid 70's before his first or second season with the Pats. As I reflect on my youth and education - there are three teachers who had an impact on me and one of them was John Smith. He was incredibly kind to me. It was as if I he knew I needed that extra little boost of confidence - I had loss my father a few years earlier and I was pretty withdrawn - but John always treated me like I was special and could raise above anything. I doubt he would remember me - but I didn't want this day to pass without thanking him and wishing him and his family the best.
